57ph reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to belong to players who do not meet the eligibility requirements — including underage players — will be suspended immediately. Any funds in such accounts will be handled in accordance with PAGCOR compliance requirements.
Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 57ph platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. 57ph employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate accounts.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 57ph username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 57ph will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify 57ph immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
57ph is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and PAGCOR compliance requirements. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.
57ph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). 57ph does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed on the 57ph cashier page and may vary by payment method. 57ph reserves the right to adjust minimum transaction limits at any time with reasonable notice to players.
Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification and may be subject to review for compliance purposes. Standard processing times for GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days. 57ph reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending compliance review.
By depositing funds into your 57ph account, you confirm that the funds are from a legitimate source and are not the proceeds of any unlawful activity. 57ph is required to report suspicious transactions to the relevant Philippine authorities in accordance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) and its implementing rules.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 57ph platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the 57ph platform without prior written consent from 57ph.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 57ph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
57ph does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 57ph's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
57ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, or compliance with a regulatory or legal requirement.
Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 57ph customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to KYC verification.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, without prejudice to any applicable regulatory dispute resolution mechanisms under PAGCOR.
57ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable. Your continued use of the 57ph platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
